Reset Your Password

Navigate to the “Sign In” page of the program portal and select the Forgot your password? button.

Enter your login email address and then click Send Password Reset Link. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive an email, be sure to check your spam folder.

Tip: Your login email is usually your work email; however, if you updated your email address upon registering, please use your updated email address.

If you are unsure of what email is associated with your account or no longer have access to the email registered to your account, please contact us directly.

Unlock Your Account

For security purposes, after five failed attempts to log in to your account, you may receive an error message that your account has been locked. There are two ways to unlock your account:

1. Select Password Reset Link
2. Select Return to Login

1. 1. From the "Account Locked" screen, select the option to reset your password.
   2. In the "Password Reset" window, enter the login email associated with your account and select Send Password Reset Link.
   3. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email.
   4. Selecting the link will allow you to set up your new password and log in to your account.

2. Select Return to Login

1. 1. From the "Account Locked" screen, select the option to Return to login.
   2. This will bring you to the "Sign In" window, where you may click the Forgot your password? button.
   3. In the "Password Reset" window, enter the login email associated with your account and select Send Password Reset Link.
   4. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email.
   5. Selecting the link will allow you to set up your new password and log in to your account.
