Am I eligible to receive the SDAT Annual Report filing fee waiver in 2025?

Employers must register and begin sending employee payroll contributions, or claim their waiver for offering a qualified plan by December 31 to receive their SDAT filing fee waiver in the following year.

To determine if your business will receive the Annual Report fee waiver in 2025, please check the following list of SDAT IDs that have been approved for the fee exemption.
